Now that we have a plan, we’ll test it out and make sure it’s the best fit for you. Your decision maker will go through a complimentary assessment and debriefing to experience first hand the power of our talent analysis. It takes about 2 hours of their time, including debriefing call. We find that once you’ve been through this process, you’ll never want to go back!

Step 4: Let’s Assess Your Candidate…30min

At this point we are ready to bring in the candidate(s)

1. Your candidate takes their assessment

3. We debrief the results with you in a 30min call and also suggest additional questions to ask in a second interview based on what the results reveal.

Step 4: Let’s Build the Profile of the Position and Identify Its Best Match…4.5 hours

At this point we are ready to dive in and help your team arrive at consensus about the position and identify the best match from the candidates you’ve sourced.

1. Creating the Job Benchmark – 3 hours on site

Stakeholders in your company are selected to participate in a facilitated discussion to identify the key results the position will produce and create a consensus based ranking and scoring of talent traits needed to produce those key results. This is your Job Benchmark.

2. Review the Job Benchmark Results – 1 hour call

3. Your hiring manager or recruiter uses the custom interview questions in the Job Benchmark report to choose candidates to be assessed.

4. We assess your candidates and compare their talent traits to the benchmark.

5. Review results – 30 minute call. The results will show where the candidate’s talent aligns with the job benchmark, where there are gaps in talent and what they mean.

Step 2: Let’s On-board Your New Hire! 90min

We take 90 minutes on the phone with the new hire and show them how to maximize their talent strengths and minimize their challenges!

Our Goal – Save 90 Days of On-Boarding Pain in 90 Minutes.

After all, you don’t want to encounter the 90 Day Surprise!

Take a company that has over 5000 products in their catalog. Their sales person will need a drive for knowledge to excel (and we can measure that!). What if the sales person you want to hire has a book of business and key relationships, but lacks that drive for knowledge? What do you do?

That’s where we sit down and tell them what they need to do to succeed in the position. It usually takes about 90 days to uncover what we uncover in 90 minutes during our talent based on-boarding session. Now that we have the new hire briefed, its time to clue in the manager!

In the case of that star salesperson in Step 2, they can accelerate their success if they go through our Align process during which we show them their potential challenges in that particular sales position, and alert the manager on action steps they can take to help them succeed.

We can even recommend course corrections when problems arise.

Step 4: Let’s Review the Team’s Interaction – 60min call

We can preview how your new hire will interact with an existing high performing team. By reviewing your new hire’s talent traits as they relate to the job and the team, we can help you anticipate challenges and recommend management strategies to maximize team effectiveness.
