- Assess candidates in three critical areas – behavior, motivators and personal skills

- Recommended questions for 2nd interview and/or reference check
- On-boarding of the new hire into the organization through a detailed debriefing of his/her assessments
- Design of a results-oriented communication plan to accelerate effective working relationships with direct report(s) and/or supervisor(s).
